2. Confirmation
Acknowledgment: Once we receive your request, we will promptly confirm its receipt by email.
Processing: Our team will then proceed to process your modification or cancellation.
3. Eligibility Period
Timeframe: Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 Hours: Once this period has elapsed, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered.
4. Confirmation of Action
Notification: After processing your request, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that the modification or cancellation has been completed.
5. Important Note
Delivery Impact: While we strive to accommodate all modification requests, we cannot guarantee that modified orders will be delivered within the original estimated timeframe.
