Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Tuma Home’s Return & Refund Policy. We want you to love your shoes, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.


I. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Ineligible Items:
    • Clearance or sale items (marked “final sale”)
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made shoes

II. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email contact@tumahome.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.”
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos or videos of the product (to verify condition or defect)
  3. Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.
  4. Prepare Package: Print and attach the label, then drop the package at the nearest carrier location.

III. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as above and specify the size/color desired.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

IV. Refunds

  • Inspection Time: Once we receive your returned shoes, we will inspect them within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.
  • Total Time: Please allow up to 8 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to reflect.
  • Refund Amount:
    • For full returns: full order amount (including original shipping fees).
    • For partial returns: refund applies only to returned items.

V. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 8 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your card issuer—it may take additional time for posting.
  3. If still unresolved, email contact@tumahome.com for assistance.

VI. Defective or Damaged Products

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


VII. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Free. Tuma Home provides a prepaid label.
  • International Orders: Not applicable (we currently ship within the U.S. only).
  • Restocking Fees: None.

VIII. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed because your order may have entered processing or shipping. Please see our Modify & Cancel Policy for details.
