1. Delivery Locations
Coverage: Tuma Home provides shipping within the United States only. As of September 10, 2025, we will no longer ship orders outside the United States, and international orders will no longer be available.
Unavailable Destinations: If for some unexpected reason, delivery to your location is not possible, your order will be fully refunded immediately.
2. Delivery Time
Business Days: Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from our warehouse located at 1800 NW 20th St, Miami, Florida 33142, United States.
Transit Time:
- Within the United States: 3-5 business days (excluding holidays)
- Note: These are estimated shipping times, based on our historical delivery data for most locations. Actual delivery times may be slightly earlier or later due to external factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping: $3.50 flat rate for delivery within the United States.
Rate Policy: Shipping rates are fixed and are not affected by item size, weight, or quantity.
Invoice Display: At checkout, after entering your delivery address, the shipping fee will appear on the invoice; please confirm that it matches the rates stated above before completing payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link.
Order Status: This link allows you to check the latest status and location of your package in real time.
5. Multiple Addresses
Policy: We do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses under a single order.
Workaround: If you need items delivered to more than one address, please place a separate order for each destination.
