Welcome to Tuma Home’s Return and Refund Policy page. This policy provides important details about returning products and receiving refunds for purchases made from Tuma Home. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancel Order
If you change your mind after successfully placing your order, please refer to our Modify/Cancel policy. If the order cancellation deadline has passed, please receive your order and return it free of charge following the instructions below.
I. Returns
Tuma Home accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. We are also happy to offer exchanges or refunds upon customer request, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligible Items: Items must be in new condition, the same as when you received them.
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.
Return Method: By mail.
Return Label: We will send prepaid return label to customer via purchase email. Customer need to download and print for use.
Return Shipping: No cost. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking fees: No restocking fees apply.
How to Return: Email contact@tumahome.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request” and include your order number along with photos or videos of the item. Once approved, Tuma Home will email you a prepaid return label, which you can download, print, and attach to your package. Securely package the item and send it to: Tuma Home Return, 1800 NW 20th St, Miami, Florida 33142, United States.
Return Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your return has been received. Delivery times for returned items may vary depending on your location.
II. Exchange
We accept exchanges for items in new condition and within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us via email to receive a return label for the returned item and so we can send a replacement. Additional fees may apply if you exchange for a higher-priced item.
III. Refunds
Processing Time: After receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. The total refund process may take up to 8 business days.
Refund Amount: The refund equals the purchase price of the item. For full-order returns, the refund equals the entire order amount, including original shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at contact@tumahome.com.
