Tuma Home accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. We are also happy to offer exchanges or refunds upon customer request, provided the following conditions are met.
I. Return
Return Items Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition as when received.
Return Timeframe:
Our policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for requests received beyond 30 days from delivery.
Return Method:
Tuma Home accepts returns on all orders placed at tumahome.com by mail.
- Customers who wish to return items should send an email to contact@tumahome.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request” and include the order number along with photos/videos of the product received.
- Tuma Home will review the request and provide return labels by mail for eligible returns. Customers need to download and print these labels.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for return products.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee is applicable.
Notification of Return Receipt:
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you of its receipt. Please note that the time to receive the return product may vary depending on your address.
II. Refund
Refund Timeframe:
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 3-5 business days to check whether it meets the item condition.
All returned products will undergo inspection for approval/rejection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
The total processing time for your refund may take up to a maximum of 8 business days.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item. If the customer returns all products in the order, the refund amount will be equal to the total order amount, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@tumahome.com.
