Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse located at: 1800 NW 20th St, Miami, Florida 33142, United States within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

Business days: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 8:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time:

You can expect the following standard shipping/transit times:

  • Within the US: 3-5 days (excluding holidays)
  • International: 8-20 days (excluding holidays)

Please note that transit times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination:

  • $3.50 for shipping within the United States.
  • $11.95 for international shipping.

Shipping rates are not affected by item size, weight, or quantity. The shipping rates listed are fixed and final for your shipping location.

At checkout step after entering your delivery address, you will see the shipping fee appear on the invoice, please check and confirm it is the same as the one stated above and proceed to payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link. This link will allow you to easily check the latest status and whereabouts of your order.

5. Not Multiple Shipping Addresses

We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer the option to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.
