Shipping Policy

Welcome to Tuma Home! Here you will find key information about the shipping process for shoes purchased from us. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Tuma Home sells shoes, with the hope that customers will be satisfied with the quality of the products and not have to wait long. We will pack the shoes carefully and choose the appropriate shipping method and carriers.


1. Delivery Locations

Coverage: Tuma Home provides shipping within the United States only.

As of September 10, 2025, we will no longer ship orders outside the United States, and international orders will no longer be available.


2. Delivery Time

Business Days: Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from our warehouse located at 1800 NW 20th St, Miami, Florida 33142, United States.

Transit Time:

  • Within the United States: 3-12 business days (excluding holidays). Contiguous U.S. (48 States): 3-7 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: 6-12 business days
  • Note: These are estimated shipping times, based on our historical delivery data for most locations. Actual delivery times may be slightly earlier or later due to external factors.

3. Shipping Costs and Carriers

Domestic Shipping: $3.50 flat rate for delivery within the United States.
Rate Policy: Shipping rates are fixed and are not affected by item size, weight, or quantity.
Invoice Display: At checkout, after entering your delivery address, the shipping fee will appear on the invoice; please confirm that it matches the rates stated above before completing payment.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.

SALES TAX

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout as described in our Tax Policy


4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link.
Order Status: This link allows you to check the latest status and location of your package in real time.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for domestic orders, after the estimated delivery time before contacting us.
  • Lost: If tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may require a signed non-receipt statement or a carrier claim.
  • Damaged: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (per our Return and Refund Policy).

Multiple Addresses

Policy: We do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses under a single order.
Workaround: If you need items delivered to more than one address, please place a separate order for each destination.
